2.  Repair Planning:

There is alot of planning that must be considered before the repairs begin on a vehicle.  The estimator will take intial notes on the damages incurred on the vehicle, but can not write a complete estimate unless the vehicle has been disassemble.  We use a process called "meticulous disassembly."  During this process the vehicle is completely torn down and every part that can be disassembled will be at this time in order to find every part that is damaged including all clips and missing bolts.

3. Structural:

During this stage, if the vehicle has any structural frame or unibody damage it is placed on our state of the art frame machine for repair before any other repairs are made.  If the vehicle does not need to have any pulls conducted it goes straight to step four.
4. Metal Repair:

Now it is time for the body work to be conducted.  All metal is metal worked back to its orginal position before any body filler is applied to the vehicle to prevent heavy usage of the product and still keep its factory shape.
5.  Refinishing:

After the vehicle has been completely repaired and all of the parts have arrived, the vehicle moves into the paint shop where it gets painted.
6.  Reassembly:

Once the vehicle leaves the paint shop after being painted, it moves back over to the body shop to get reassembled.  All painted parts are installed if painted seperatley and all blend panels get put back together.
7.  Detail:

Once the vehicle is completely put back together in pre-wreck condition, the estimator then reviews the repaired area and makes sure that everything on the estimate was completed and installed.  After passing the Quality Check, the vehicle is then moved to the detail wash bay where all vehicles get detailed before delivery.
8.  Delivery of Vehicle:

Finally, here comes the part everyone likes.  This is where you get your vehicle back after all repairs have been made, the vehicle has been painted and reassembled, it has been cleaned up, has been Quality Checked to hopefully meet the needs and the concerns of the customer, and all money has been colleceted from the insurance companies and whatever the customer may be responsible for in full.
