Frank's Collision Repair will warrant our workmanship for the lifetime of your vehicle. Any warranties on the replacement parts utilized in your repairs are those made by the manufacturer. Sublet repairs are guaranteed for one year. This warranty is offered to you as the vehicle owner and is non-transferable.
Refinish repairs performed over new O.E.M. parts and/or O.E.M. finishes offer a lifetime warranty. To maintain your refinish warranty do not apply wax to the newly painted areas or use an automatic car wash with wax in the water for a period of sixty days after completion of repairs. The refinished areas will be covered for the follwing paint failures: peeling or delaminating of the top coat and/or other layers of paint, cracking or checking, loss of gloss caused by cracking, checking, or hazing.
Refinish warranty exclusions: hazing, chalking, or loss of gloss caused by abuse, abrasive polishes, cleaning agents, or heavy duty pressure washing, paint deterioration caused by abuse, accidents, acid rain, chemical fallout, or other acts of nature, scratches, chips or stone bruises due to normal vehicle use.
If a rechrome bumper is specified in your repairs, a lifetime warranty is offered on the replacement part against peeling and/or rusting. This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the vehicle owner at time of purchase of part. Damage caused by exhaust systems or a subsequent collision voids the warranty.
